Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup for drizzling

Method

  1. Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Add Crunch: Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until they're evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Shape the Truffles: Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet and butterscotch chips together in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently until smooth.
  5. Dip and Drizzle: Carefully dip each truffle into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring they're fully covered. Place them back on the parchment paper and drizzle extra melted chocolate on top.
