Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
Cook the Turkey Bacon
- In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Combine Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, cooked turkey bacon, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
Roast
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden and caramelized.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and serve hot. Optionally garnish with chopped nuts or cheese.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
