Cooking the Pasta
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Beef
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Drain any excess fat.
Making Alfredo Sauce
  1. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet with the cooked beef. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer over low heat.
  2. Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combining Everything
  1. Add the drained pasta into the sauce, mixing everything together until the pasta is well-coated.
