Hot Italian Sub Sliders

Hot Italian Sub Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleasers. These bite-sized sandwiches pack all the zesty flavors of an Italian sub into a warm, gooey, and cheesy slider.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 8 slices salami
  • ½ cup banana peppers optional
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • Baking Dish – To bake the sliders evenly.
  • Brush or Spoon – For spreading the glaze on top.
  • Sharp Knife – To cut the slider buns in half as a whole.
  • Aluminum Foil – To cover the sliders while baking.

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  2. Layer cheese, turkey, salami, and optional banana peppers. Add the top buns.
  3. Mix melted butter, Italian dressing, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and Parmesan. Brush over buns.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes until golden.
