Preparation
- Be by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Make sure they are uniform for even cooking.
- In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, and toss to ensure an even coating.
Cooking
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Allow it to foam slightly, ensuring it’s hot but not burning.
- Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Sauté until they’re golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the chicken is almost done, add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the garlic to infuse into the butter.
Serving
- Toss the chicken bites in the garlic butter to fully coat them. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately!
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in lemon juice or your favorite marinade beforehand. Avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure even cooking. Let garlic cook gently to avoid bitterness.
