Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Pour in the pasta and stir to coat it in the olive oil and garlic, letting it mingle for about a minute.
Cooking
  1. Add heavy cream and vegetable or chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for around 10-12 minutes or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted into a creamy sauce.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting for preference.
  5. Top with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, use Halal-friendly cheeses or add spinach or cherry tomatoes for more nutrients. Avoid overcooking the pasta to prevent mushiness. To reheat leftovers, add a splash of milk or broth and heat gently.
