Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cooked rice, and steamed broccoli. Mix gently to distribute evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, rice, and broccoli mixture and stir well until everything is coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Baking
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and add breadcrumbs if using.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to two months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
