  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar Use honey for a richer flavor.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
Vegetables and Garnish
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas) Feel free to swap in whatever veggies you have on hand.
  • Sesame seeds for garnish Toasted sesame seeds add a nice touch.
  • Chopped green onions for garnish Fresh green onions elevate the flavor.

Method
 

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Begin by boiling a pot of water and cooking your noodles according to package instructions. This usually takes around 5-7 minutes, depending on the type of noodle.
Preparing the Veggies
  1. While the noodles are cooking, chop your mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or sugar, and minced garlic until well combined.
Combining
  1. Once your noodles are cooked and drained (remember not to rinse them), return them to the pot and add your vegetables.
  2. Pour the sauce over the noodles and gently toss everything together until coated.
Serving
  1. Dish out your noodles into bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
