Method
Cooking the Noodles
- Begin by boiling a pot of water and cooking your noodles according to package instructions. This usually takes around 5-7 minutes, depending on the type of noodle.
Preparing the Veggies
- While the noodles are cooking, chop your mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Making the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or sugar, and minced garlic until well combined.
Combining
- Once your noodles are cooked and drained (remember not to rinse them), return them to the pot and add your vegetables.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and gently toss everything together until coated.
Serving
- Dish out your noodles into bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently in a skillet or microwave.
