- Let the chicken marinate for about 15 minutes.
Cooking
- While the chicken is marinating, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- You can add a splash of olive oil for extra flavor.
- After marination, add the chicken pieces to the heated skillet in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly golden brown on the outside.
Garnishing and Serving
- Once cooked, remove from heat and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.
- Serve the chicken bites warm.
Notes
Do not skip the marinade for maximum flavor. Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C). You can customize with spices like paprika or herbs like thyme.
