  1. Start by cutting the watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a separate bowl, cble the feta cheese with a fork.
  3. Rinse and chop the fresh mint leaves.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the watermelon cubes, cbled feta, and chopped mint.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad and give it one last gentle toss.
  6. Transfer the salad to a serving dish, sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper if desired, and enjoy!
