  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs You can crush them at home!
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cookie Dough Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • to taste chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until fully coated.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a greased pie dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, cream together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well blended.
  5. Gradually stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows into the cookie dough, ensuring even distribution.
Baking
  1. Spread the cookie dough mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
  2. Place in preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  3. Allow the pie to cool for at least 15 minutes before drizzling with chocolate syrup.
  4. Slice it up and serve while warm.
