  • 1 cup chickpea flour Use fine chickpea flour for best results.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Use smoked paprika for a different flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Can substitute with fresh minced garlic if preferred.
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder Optional, for added flavor.
  • 1/2 cup water Adjust as needed to achieve the right consistency.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Can use other oils as well.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Gradually add water and olive oil to the dry mixture. Blend until you have a smooth batter.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the batter onto the sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer.
Baking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Allow the chips to cool for a few minutes, then slice into preferred chip shapes.
Serving
  1. Serve the chips with your favorite toppings and dips.

Notes

Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze with layers of parchment paper.
