Preparation

- Gradually add water and olive oil to the dry mixture. Blend until you have a smooth batter.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the batter onto the sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the chips to cool for a few minutes, then slice into preferred chip shapes.

Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze with layers of parchment paper.
