  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, peanut butter, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onions, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix everything gently but thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into burger-sized patties about ½ inch thick, ensuring they are uniform for even cooking.
Cooking
  1. Heat a grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the patties on the grill or skillet.
  3. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and they are no longer pink in the center.
Assembly
  1. Once cooked, place each patty on a burger bun. Top with fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and your favorite sauce.
