Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until evenly blended.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt to the mixture, mixing until you achieve a crumbly dough.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each cookie ball slightly using the palm of your hand.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Cooling
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze them for up to three months and let thaw at room temperature.
