Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
Mixing Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the mango pulp and milk into the wet mixture.
Combining Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Do not overmix!
Baking
- Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
