Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the peaches in half and carefully remove the pits. Optionally, score the flesh lightly with a knife for presentation.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon, then mix in the melted butter until crumbly.
- Place the peach halves in a baking dish cut side up and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over each half.
Baking
- Bake the peach halves in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until tender and the topping is golden.
Serving
- Let peaches cool slightly before serving. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes or microwave for a quicker option, but they may lose some crispiness.
