  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream Optional, for serving.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the peaches in half and carefully remove the pits. Optionally, score the flesh lightly with a knife for presentation.
  3. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon, then mix in the melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Place the peach halves in a baking dish cut side up and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over each half.
Baking
  1. Bake the peach halves in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until tender and the topping is golden.
Serving
  1. Let peaches cool slightly before serving. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes or microwave for a quicker option, but they may lose some crispiness.
