  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
Saucing
  1. In a separate bowl, combine honey and BBQ sauce.
  2. Once the wings are cooked and crispy, toss them in the honey BBQ mixture until well coated.
  3. Return the sauced wings to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize.

  1. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds, if desired, and enjoy!
