Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture until fully coated.
Cooking
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Once done, let it cool slightly and enjoy the sweet and spicy goodness!
Notes
For a tamer flavor, reduce or omit the cayenne pepper. Feel free to try other spices like cumin or turmeric for a unique twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
