  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey (or more for extra spice) Adjust to taste for spiciness.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
Optional garnishes
  • to taste fresh parsley or sesame seeds For garnishing before serving.

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting your salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together hot honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon pieces in the bowl with the glaze and ensure they’re evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 5-10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon pieces in a single layer and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  2. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley or sesame seeds, and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat gently. Freezing is possible; just thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
