Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the raw cashews out evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until you have a smooth mixture.
  4. Pour the honey-spice mixture over the cashews and toss until they are fully coated.
Roasting
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the cashews from the oven once golden brown and cool completely on the baking sheet.
Serving
  1. Once cooled, enjoy your cashews immediately or store them in an airtight container for later.

Store cashews in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them in a freezer-safe container.
