Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the raw cashews out evenly on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until you have a smooth mixture.
- Pour the honey-spice mixture over the cashews and toss until they are fully coated.
Roasting
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Remove the cashews from the oven once golden brown and cool completely on the baking sheet.
Serving
- Once cooled, enjoy your cashews immediately or store them in an airtight container for later.
