  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce Adjust according to your spice preference.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced garlic provides a stronger flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For sautéing the aromatics.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they're al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it starts to brown, stirring frequently.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms soften and release their juices.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce and chili sauce, stirring well to coat the beef and mushrooms.
  4. Gently add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together to combine.
Serving
  1. Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl and garnish with freshly chopped spring onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu if desired. Prepping ingredients beforehand helps cook everything swiftly. Avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure even cooking.
