Ingredients

Ham Preparation
  • 1 piece fully cooked ham (5-7 pounds) Ensure the ham is fully cooked before starting.
Glaze Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Method

Preparation
  1. Remove the ham from its packaging, draining any liquid. Place the ham in the slow cooker, flat side down.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves to make the glaze.
  3. Pour the glaze evenly over the ham, ensuring all sides are covered.
Cooking
  1. Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 6-8 hours. For a quicker option, set it on high for about 4 hours.
  2. Baste the ham with the cooking liquid occasionally to keep it moist and flavorful.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, carefully remove the ham and slice it for serving. Drizzle some of the remaining glaze on top, and enjoy!
