Method
Cooking the Ramen
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Marinating the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the sliced chicken and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Sautéing the Chicken
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
Preparing the Creamy Sauce
- Lower the heat and add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring until well combined. Allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens slightly.
Combining Ingredients
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and gently toss them in the sauce until they are fully coated.
Serving
- Serve the sizzling ramen in bowls, garnishing with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for an added crunch and flavor.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of sriracha. This recipe can also be made with shrimp or tofu if chicken is not preferred.
