  • 4 pcs Halal sausages (your favorite variety)
  • 2 pcs bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned veggies out evenly on a large baking sheet.
  5. Nestle the sausages among the vegetables, ensuring they have room to brown.
Cooking
  1. Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 25–30 minutes.
  2. Check that the sausages are cooked through and the veggies are tender and caramelized.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
