Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Spread the seasoned veggies out evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Nestle the sausages among the vegetables, ensuring they have room to brown.
Cooking
- Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 25–30 minutes.
- Check that the sausages are cooked through and the veggies are tender and caramelized.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
