Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice your sausages, bell peppers, and onions uniformly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced sausages, bell peppers, onions, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss well to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly across the sheet.
Cooking
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sausages are browned and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
Substitute chicken or turkey sausages for variety. Do not overcrowd the pan to avoid steaming. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
