- In a large bowl, combine the frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss everything together to ensure the pierogies and kielbasa are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture out on a large baking sheet in a single layer. Place the sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through to achieve a uniform golden color.
- Once everything is crispy and golden brown, remove it from the oven. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
