Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, onion, and bell pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until well coated.
- Evenly spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
For crispy pierogies, bake longer if desired, but check to avoid burning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
