Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
Mixing
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped biscuit pieces, half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, Italian seasoning, and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss together until evenly coated.
Layering and Baking
- Layer the mixture into the bundt pan, adding remaining mozzarella cheese in between the layers.
- Drizzle pizza sauce over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and biscuit pieces are cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes. Invert the pan onto a serving dish.
