Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup pepperoni, chopped
  • ½ cup bell peppers, diced (optional) Feel free to include as per preference
  • ½ cup pizza sauce Add more as desired
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Cooking spray, for greasing To prevent sticking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  3. Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped biscuit pieces, half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, Italian seasoning, and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss together until evenly coated.
Layering and Baking
  1. Layer the mixture into the bundt pan, adding remaining mozzarella cheese in between the layers.
  2. Drizzle pizza sauce over the top.
  3. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and biscuit pieces are cooked through.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes. Invert the pan onto a serving dish.

Notes

Feel free to switch up toppings based on preferences. Watch baking time closely; every oven is different. Allow cooling to help the bread firm up.
