Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced celery, eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill weed, and salt and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the salmon mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan, pressing down gently.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through.
- Allow the salmon loaf to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve with tartar sauce or a squeeze of lemon. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze individual slices for up to three months.
