Ingredients
  

For the meatballs
  • 1 pound Ground beef For juicy meatballs
  • ½ cup Bread cbs For structure
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped Adds depth
  • 1 large Egg For binding
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For flavor

For the gravy
  • 2 cups Beef broth For rich gravy
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup For a creamy texture

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread cbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until it’s well mixed and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them from the oven into the gravy and let them simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes for a fulfilling meal.

Notes

Don't overmix the meatball ingredients to keep them tender. Customize seasoning as desired and consider variations for the sauce.
