Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread cbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything is well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until it’s well mixed and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them from the oven into the gravy and let them simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes for a fulfilling meal.
