Cooking
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated lamb chops on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Once cooked, transfer the lamb chops to a plate and allow them to rest for 5 minutes to retain their juiciness.
