  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced Choose ripe and sweet mango for best flavor.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced Use fresh strawberries for optimal taste.
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons) Freshly squeezed lemon juice is recommended.
  • 1-2 cups cold water Adjust water based on desired consistency.
  • ½ cup sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • to taste ice cubes Add to chill the drink.
  • to taste fresh mint leaves for garnish Optional for garnish.

Preparation
  1. Begin by washing the strawberries and slicing them. Peel and dice the mango into small chunks.
Blending
  1. In a blender, add the diced mango, sliced strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Adjusting Consistency
  1. Add 1 cup of cold water and blend again. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency as needed, adding more sugar or water to your liking.
Straining
  1. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
Serving
  1. Pour the lemonade into glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and enjoy the refreshing goodness!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze in ice cube trays for flavored ice in future drinks. Adjust sugar with honey or agave for a healthier option.
