  • 1 part fresh orange juice Preferably freshly squeezed.
  • 1 part fresh lime juice Use freshly squeezed lime juice.
Tea and Garnishes
  • 1 part tea (brewed and cooled) Brew a strong tea of your choice.
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves For garnishing.
  • as needed cubes ice cubes To serve chilled.
  • 1 slice lemon wheel For garnish on the rim of the glass.

Preparation
  1. Begin by brewing a strong batch of tea and allowing it to cool. While it cools, squeeze your fresh lemons, limes, and oranges.
Mixing
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, orange juice, and lime juice with the simple syrup.
  2. Pour the cooled tea into the mixture and stir well to combine all the flavors.
Serving
  1. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
  2. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and a lemon wheel on the rim.
