Preparation
- Prepare all your fresh ingredients. Slice the cucumber and bell pepper, and thinly slice the red onion. Rinse and pat dry the spinach.
Building the Wrap
- Take one whole wheat wrap and spread about 1/4 cup of hummus in the center, leaving space around the edges.
- Layer your sliced cucumbers, red bell peppers, and red onion on top of the hummus.
- Sprinkle a generous handful of spinach over the veggies, followed by crumbled feta cheese.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil and a splash of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Wrapping
- Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll it tightly from the bottom up. Ensure that all the goodies stay inside as you wrap.
Serving
