Cooking

Serving
- Remove the skillet from heat. Serve your flavorful chicken and vegetable mixture over rice or quinoa, and garnish with fresh herbs or lemon if desired.

For a vegetarian twist, substitute the chicken with firm tofu or chickpeas, marinating them in the same spices.
