  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan, add the milk and pumpkin puree. Heat on medium, whisking continuously, until hot but not boiling.
  2. Stir in the sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Keep whisking until all ingredients are well blended, and the mixture is frothy.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat once everything is combined and heated through. Pour the latte into your favorite mug.
  4. Top it with fresh whipped cream and a light sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

For best results, try different milk alternatives like almond, oat, or coconut milk. If you don't have pumpkin pie spice, create your own mix using equal parts of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice.
