Latte Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk (any kind you prefer) For a vegan option, use almond or oat milk.
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar Adjust to your taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Additional pumpkin spice (for garnish)

  1. Brew the Coffee: Start by brewing your favorite coffee to make 1 cup.
  2. Mix the Pumpkin Puree: In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Add the Milk: Slowly whisk in the milk until it’s all combined. Continue warming the mixture until hot, but do not boil.
  4. Combine with Coffee: Pour the brewed coffee into a large mug, then add the pumpkin-milk mixture. Stir well to combine.
  5. Top It Off: Finish by adding a generous dollop of whipped cream on top and a sprinkle of additional pumpkin spice for that perfect touch.
