- On the cream cheese-covered slices, begin layering the toppings: place cucumber slices, then smoked salmon, followed by avocado slices, and finish with radish. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper, and fresh herbs over the layers.
- Place the remaining slices of bread on top of each assembled slice.
- With a heart-shaped cookie cutter, carefully cut through each sandwich to create adorable heart shapes.
- Arrange the heart-shaped sandwiches on a large board or platter, adding any remaining ingredients as decoration.
