Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Scoop out the seeds from a pumpkin and rinse them under cold water, removing any strings or guts. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, toss the seeds with olive oil and sea salt. Add any other seasonings you like.
- Arrange the seasoned seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roasting
- Roast the seeds in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. They should become golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the seeds from the oven and let them cool before enjoying.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage. Let sit out for a bit to enjoy again after freezing.
