Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Salmon: Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Place them skin-side down on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. Make the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-blended.
Cooking
  1. Crust the Salmon: Generously spread the Parmesan mixture over each salmon fillet, covering the entire surface.
  2. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
  3. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
