- Start by crushing the Oreo cookies in a large bowl until they resemble fine crumbs. You can easily do this with a rolling pin or a food processor for convenience.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mini marshmallows with a touch of water and microwave on high for about 30 seconds, stirring till fully melted and gooey.
- Add the Rice Krispies to the melted marshmallows, stirring well until everything is evenly coated.
- Take a small amount of the Oreo crumbs and mix them with the Rice Krispie mixture. With slightly wet hands, take a portion and press it flat into a rectangular shape.
- Place a few fresh fruit slices along one edge and roll it up tightly, resembling a sushi roll.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and serve chilled!
Notes
Your delicious Oreo Sushi Rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For optimal texture, enjoy them fresh. Freezing is an option as well. Thaw in the fridge overnight before consuming.
