Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 cookies Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup For drizzling on top.
  • 1 cup fruit of your choice (strawberries or bananas work great) Feel free to mix toppings.
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes Optional for extra texture.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by crushing the Oreo cookies in a bowl. You can use a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass to make this easier.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the crushed Oreos until combined.
  3. Fold in the rice cereal into the Oreo and cream cheese mixture.
  4. Lay out a piece of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Spoon the mixture onto the wrap and flatten it into a rectangular shape.
  5. Drizzle the chocolate syrup and add your choice of fruit on top of the flattened mixture.
  6. Using the plastic wrap, carefully roll the mixture into a tight cylinder.
  7. Place the roll in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  8. Once chilled, remove it from the wrap and slice into pieces resembling sushi rolls.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped tightly in plastic wrap for about a month.
