- Gently fold in the grated zucchini and chopped nuts.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool completely.
- Spread the caramel frosting generously over the top.
