Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Mini English muffins (split) These serve as the pizza base.
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce Choose your favorite brand or homemade.
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to adjust the amount based on preference.
  • ½ cup Halal pepperoni slices Can substitute with other toppings.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling on top for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano Enhances the overall flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the mini English muffins in half. Optionally, lightly toast them for extra crunch.
Assembling the Pizzas
  1. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each muffin half.
  2. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Place about 2-3 Halal pepperoni slices on each muffin.
  4. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the top and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Baking
  1. Place the assembled muffins on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Let them cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

Feel free to try different cheeses like cheddar, or opt for vegan cheese. For extra crunch, toast the English muffins before adding toppings. Keep toppings balanced for even cooking.
