Preparation
- Gather all your fresh veggies and slice them beforehand.
- Take a wrap and generously spread a layer of hummus on one side.
- Start layering your sliced cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion on top of the hummus.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and sliced olives over the veggies.
- Add a handful of spinach or mixed greens on top for crunch.
- Carefully roll the wrap tightly from one side to the other, tucking in the edges.
- Slice the wrap in half at an angle for presentation and serve with dressing on the side.
Notes
Use goat cheese or a vegan cheese alternative if desired. Assemble wraps just before serving to avoid sogginess. Do not overfill the wraps.
