  • 4 pieces whole wheat wraps Soft tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced For crunch
  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced Any color
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced Adds flavor
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled For Mediterranean flavor
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced Optional topping
  • 2 cups spinach or mixed greens For freshness
  • Dressing (optional) For extra flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your fresh veggies and slice them beforehand.
  2. Take a wrap and generously spread a layer of hummus on one side.
  3. Start layering your sliced cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion on top of the hummus.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and sliced olives over the veggies.
  5. Add a handful of spinach or mixed greens on top for crunch.
  6. Carefully roll the wrap tightly from one side to the other, tucking in the edges.
  7. Slice the wrap in half at an angle for presentation and serve with dressing on the side.

Notes

Use goat cheese or a vegan cheese alternative if desired. Assemble wraps just before serving to avoid sogginess. Do not overfill the wraps.
