Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
Seasoning
  1. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and coat them with lemon pepper seasoning evenly.
Baking
  1. Place seasoned chicken in a baking dish and lay lemon slices on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
