- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick, creating a slight edge.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
- Once done, remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
For variety, try using ground turkey instead of ground chicken. Ensure the crust is evenly shaped for proper cooking.
