  • 1 pound ground chicken Lean protein option
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with other cheeses if desired
  • 1 large egg Binding agent for the crust
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick, creating a slight edge.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For variety, try using ground turkey instead of ground chicken. Ensure the crust is evenly shaped for proper cooking.
