Preparation
- Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and slice them into ¼-inch rounds.
Marinade
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil (or sesame oil), soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the sliced zucchini into the bowl with the marinade. Toss gently to ensure they're well-coated on all sides. Allow them to marinate for about 5-10 minutes.
Grilling
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated zucchini slices on the hot grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
Serving
- Remove the zucchini from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh zucchinis for best flavor. You can also experiment with different oils and vegetable combinations.
