Preparation

- Cut each jalapeno in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spoon the cheese filling generously into each jalapeno half.
Baking
- Arrange the stuffed jalapenos on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving and enjoy!
Notes
For lower-fat options, consider using Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. Adjust the spiciness according to personal taste.
