Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour. Stir until well combined.
- Add the vegetable oil and eggs, mixing until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips if you’re using them.
- Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to drop rounded balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, don’t overbake to maintain a fudgy center. Consider adding nuts or dried fruit for unique flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
