  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add the vegetable oil and eggs, mixing until a thick batter forms.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if you’re using them.
  5. Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to drop rounded balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
  1. Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For best results, don’t overbake to maintain a fudgy center. Consider adding nuts or dried fruit for unique flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
